A Few Things To Remember

We’re so glad you’re interested in our property! In case you haven’t worked with us before, here are a few things that you’ll want to remember:

• All properties are sold as-is with no warranties
• All offers must be cash offers
• We sell the contract not the property! What that means is that once you decide to purchase the property, we will be assigning the agreement to purchase to you.
• The total price shown on our site is the purchase price including the cost of the contract. At closing, you’ll be bringing two checks. One made out to us for the cost of the contract and another made out to the current owner for the purchase of the property.
